DRY SALTED MACKEREL FISH RECIPE
Ingredients-
4 Nos of mackerel dry salted fish (Cleaned- head and sculps removed)
five teaspoon chilly powder
half teaspoon turmeric powder
one teaspoon garlic paste
one teaspoon chopped coriander
4 teaspoon tamarind paste
one dish semolina ( rava )

Procedure-
1) Take cleaned ready to use mackarel
2) Wash and rinse the fish thoroughly and soak in water for few mins.
3) Remove upper salted skin layer and rinse them once again
4) Make 3 to 4 cuts on skin for masala to pour inside.
5) Take chilly powder, turmeric powder, garlic paste, chopped
coriander, tamarind paste and mix it well to make paste of masala.
6) No need of salt as dry fish is salted
7) Run the masala over fish on both sides
8) Take semolina (rava) in a dish and coat the fish both side.
9) Shallow fry in pan till crisp golden brown and cooked and serve.
