DRY PRAWNS RECIPE
Ingedients-
Dry Prawns [cleaned and washed]
Finely chopped or minced ginger garlic – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped onion – 2 cup
Tomato finely chopped – 1 big
Oil – 2 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves – ¼ cup
Red chilli pwdr – 11/2 OR 2 tsp or as per taste [ it has to be spicy ]
Turmeric pwdr – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Procedure-
1) Take cleaned Dry Prawns (Remove Head, tail and legs of prawn).
2) Dry roast the prawns in a pan for 1 or 2 mins .
3) Clean , wash ,rinse and soak in water for 10 mins till it puffs up .
4) Again wash it , drain off excess water and keep aside for use .
5) Heat oil in a pan .
6) Add ginger garlic and fry for few seconds.
7) Add onion and fry till light brown .
8) Add the soaked prawns and stir fry for 1 min .
9) Add chilli powder + turmeric + salt and mix well.
10) Add tomatoes + coriander leaves and cook till tomatoes soften .
11) Drizzle 2 tbsp water and mix well .
12) Cover with a plate with little water as shown in pic .
13) Cook for 8 to 10 mins on low flame .
14) Open and give a nice mix .
15) Off the flame and serve with pav / roti / phulkas / bhakri
