DRY CROAKER FISH RECIEPE
Ingredients-
croaker fish 10-12 Cleaned
2 tablespoon corriander seeds
1 teaspoon jeera
¼ teaspoon methi
¼ teaspoon black pepper
¼ teaspoon fennel (badisaunf)
3 tablespoon fresh coconut
garlic 6-8
½ lemon size tamarind
1 onion
curry leaves – 1 spring
2 tablespoon corriander leaves
3-4 tablespoon corriander oil
Procedure-
1) Take cleaned ready to use croaker fish and soak it in hot water for 30 mins.
2) Take a pan and dry roast red chillies until fragrant, add corriander seeds, methi, jeera, funnel seeds and dry roast all. Take out dry roasted spices on a plate
3) To a blender add fresh coconut, tamarind powder, garlic and roasted spices and blend with water to make a paste.
4) Take a kadhai and add coconut oil. Add chopped onoin and saute until golden brown, add curry leaves. Add ground masala paste from blender. Saute ubtil oil separates. Pour water in bleder and add in kadhai. Adjust gravy consistancy.
5) Now add salt as per taste. Cover and coo until gravy boils well
6) Serve Hot with Rice or Roti.
