DRY BOMBAY DUCKS RECIPE
Ingedients-
5-6 pieces Dry cleaned and chopped bombay ducks
1-2 small onions
2 small tomatoes
1 medium potato
1 tspn Ginger Garlic paste
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tspn cummin powder
1/2 tspn mustard seeds
1/2 tspn Garam Masala
1/2 tspn Turmeric Powder
2-3 tbspn oil
few curry leaves
Procedure-
1) Clean (remove head, tail and scales) and chopp in pieces.
2) Wash the Bombay duck well then dry it and keep it aside.
3) Heat oil fry them for 2 minutes and keep aside.
4) Chop onions fine.
5) Quarter cut potatoes.
6) In the same oil fry the onions till semi golden.
7) Finely chop tomatoes and add.
8) Season the mix & add to the onion and tomato.
9) Add the fried bombay duck and potato quarters.
10) Cook on slow to let the masala flavour the bombay duck are done.
11) Now add corriander and cover. keep covered for the flavour.
Serve with Rice, Rice Roti or normal chapatis
